Grand Residence 21 – Helsinki
Grand Residence 21 is a unique living concept in the residential area of Ullanlinna in Helsinki. The level of service, luxury and design is unheard of at this complex which is housed in Axel Högberg’s Belle Époque house from 1888. Saas delivered lighting fixtures to both the façade, staircase and apartments. A big portion of these products are tailor-made for this specific project but one can also find some familiar products in the shape of the saas power spot and HD 60. Grand Residence 21 is planned by Joarc.
