Design Yrjö Kukkapuro & Henrik Enbom 2007

340Y is designed by the legend Yrjö Kukkapuro and Henrik Enbom. The fixture has drawn its inspiration from stadium lights and in typical Kukkapuro fashion is very honest, showing all details. The 340Y’s components are made of clear acrylic, aluminium and concrete. Great effort has been put into the design to ensure the adjustability of the light.

Professor Yrjö Kukkapuro (b. 1933) is one of the great furniture designers of our time. He has been interested in lighting design since the beginning of his career. Currently Kukkapuro works in collaboration with Henrik Enbom.
